Template terms, to be reviewed and signed off by the client before going live.
1. Parties
These terms govern the provision of cleaning services by Universal Commerce and Industries Ltd (trading as Cleaner Best Services), No. 08761886, to the business client identified in the relevant quotation or contract.
2. Scope of works
The scope of works is as set out in the quotation issued to the client. Variations must be agreed in writing.
3. Quotations & site assessments
Quotations are based on a site assessment and the information provided by the client. Where site conditions differ materially, we reserve the right to re-quote.
4. RAMS & access
A site-specific risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) will be provided prior to commencement. The client is responsible for providing safe access, welfare facilities, water and power as required.
5. Payment terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled clean may incur a charge equal to mobilisation costs incurred.
7. Liability & insurance
We hold public liability and employer's liability insurance in line with industry standards. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the contract under which the claim arises, save where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Complaints
Any concerns should be raised within 48 hours of completion to help@cleanerbest.co.uk, allowing us the opportunity to inspect and remedy any agreed issues.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
