What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you're enquiring about, your site location (optional) and the message you provide. Our web server may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data under the legitimate interests basis (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote, and where required to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
How we use your data
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver services, and keep records of correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without consent.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months; project records and contracts are retained for up to 7 years for legal, accounting and insurance purposes.
Third-party processors
- Form delivery: Formspree or Resend (to be confirmed), used to deliver enquiry emails to us.
- Maps: Google Maps, to display our office location.
- Hosting: our website hosting provider (to confirm).
